These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Jusboa Technologies collects personal information, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment details, for the purpose of providing event booking services. We may also collect non-personal information, such as device information and usage data.
We use the collected information to process bookings, provide customer support, and improve the App's functionality. We may also use your information to send you promotional materials related to events or services offered by Jusboa Technologies.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information. However, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Jusboa Technologies is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties.
